You will be amazed at the views from this 9th floor corner unit at Perdido Towers. This unit has two master suites each with a king bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Our unit has floor to ceiling windows, brand new furnishings, and each unit is served by a private elevator at your door. Perdido Towers is a low density complex, so the beach and the pool area are not crowded. Traffic is significantly less than other nearby beaches.Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and its own bathroom, LCD TV, and DVD player. Two bedrooms share a balcony. There is also another balcony off of the living room with amazing beach views. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The dining area seats eight comfortably, and there is also a separate breakfast table that seats four. The living room has two sofas and one is a sleeper sofa. It also has a LCD TV and DVR player. We have free WIFI and we have an assortment of movies. The pool deck has ample seating. Bathrooms are located in the pool complex. Other amenities include three tennis courts and a boat dock on the Inner Coastal Waterway. Shopping and restaurants are nearby. Several golf courses are also in the area, and there are many adventurous opportunities like deep sea fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, and dolphin tours.
