Wake up in your luxurious master suite with unobstructed views of the white sandy beaches and blue gulf waters! It does not get any better than this! The master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows that look directly over the beautiful blue/green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Imagine yourself waking to a beautiful sunrise while still laying in bed! It will make you want to just stay there and relax all day. However, the beach beakons you! Prepare your coffee/breakfast in the well appointed kitchen and sit on the balcony in our comfortable wicker chairs and enjoy your breakfast as you feel the fresh breeze from the Gulf and smell the salt air. Once you are ready for your day at the beach, it is a quick ride down your private elevator shared by only 2 units per floor and a short walk through the pool area and over the dunes to our private expansive beach shared by only 68 units. The beaches here will never be crowded. For lunch you can choose to eat at your condo or walk to one of two restaurants with outdoor dining nearby. After a long day at the beach come back to your comfortable home away from home and enjoy our high end brand new furnishings throughout. You can choose to sit and relax in the living room furnished with glider rockers and a relaxing sofa or go back to that beautiful balcony and watch the sun set. At night you can watch TV and/or movies on our large 50' flat screen LED TV with Blue Ray DVD player. In addition to the living area, both bedrooms have their own flat screen TV and the 2nd Master as an additional Blue Ray DVD player. We have provided a large selection of family movies for you to choose from for your enjoyment as well. The kitchen is fully stocked for the cook who likes to prepare his/her own meals. The dining area has seating for six. Or, you can enjoy any of the numerous restaurants in the area. There are several excellent options to choose from. We will provide you with information on some of the best dining spots in the area. If you get tired of the beach, which most do not, we have access to boating and fishing directly across the street on Perdido Bay. The complex has a private boat launch and first come first serve boat slips available for your use. Don't have a boat. Fish directly from the pier. There is even a fish cleaning station available to clean those fresh fish. Take your catch back home and prepare your very own fresh meal. Our condo sleeps 4 Adults and up to 2 children. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. Each bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and the living area has a high end foam mattress sleeper sofa. Not that bar in your back flemsy mattress every other condo provides. We have all tile floors, granite in the kitchen and baths, upgraded cabinets, all new furniture and decor, fresh paint and new kitchen ware. The entire unit has been professionally decorated.
