We provide two free parking passes for your stay (1 covered space and 1 lot parking space). Our condo is fully appointed and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with King bed in Master Suite and two Queen beds in the Guest bedroom. Both bedrooms are spacious and feature cable television. We offer E-Z check-in and check-out procedures, high speed wireless internet, cable TV and we offer 2 parking passes for your stay. As you enter the condo you will be charmed by the fresh and inviting decor! The living area offers gorgeous gulf views, and a large flat screen TV with cable channels. The kitchen is well equipped and features beachy white cabinets, polsihed granite counters, plus a pantry. There is seating for 6 in the dining area, a delightful bistro table for 2 people n the kitchen, plus a patio table with chairs on the gulf front balcony for al fesco dining.The master suite features a king-size four poster bed, gulf views, private entrance to the gulf front balcony, TV with cable and a lovely en suite bathroom. The master bath features a double vanity, separate shower and jetted (Jacuzzi) corner bathtub with a lovely view of the Gulf of Mexico. The Guest bedroom features 2 comfortable Queen-size beds, cable TV. The hall bathroom is conveniently located just a few short steps away from the guest bdrm. This bathroom features a tub - shower combination.You'll be delighted by spectacular sunrises, sightings of dolphins frolicing in the surf, sea birds exploring the beaches, and beautiful sea shells deposited onto the white sand beaches from the emerald green gulf waters. Situated on 12 acres, Beach Colony resort offers the most beach frontage and landscaped grounds on the Key.
