Harbour Pointe is a new facility and our unit is very nicely decorated. The complex is located on the west side of Pensacola on Gulf Beach Hwy near the rear entrance of the Navy Base, and only a couple of miles from Perdido Key beaches. If you want a condo with a sensational view of the Bay and Gulf beyond the National Seashore then Unit 807 is what you have been looking for. My favorite part of Harbour Point is the long pier for fishing. Fishing in Big Lagoon off the private pier is very good and is no doubt a unique part of Harbour Pointe. The third bedroom being a bunk bed with a double at the bottom and a single at the top. This will surely help out when you expect additional family members to join you on your weekly summer stay. Harbour Point is definitely family friendly and my first time there I was amazed at how friendly everyone I met was. A few miles away is the Naval Air Base where the Blue Angels Practice and dolphins can be seen even from the balcony of the unit.
