This is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo on the 4th floor located directly on the beautiful white sands of Perdido Key beach. Both sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom open up to the patio with spectacular beach views. The unit is fully furnished with all brand new furniture (2013) and set up with the latest in high tech entertainment! The main living room TV has a 55 inch state of the art flat screen that has 3D, high def, and surfs the internet, providing you Netflix, Pandora, Crackle, and all kinds of other great entertainment. The master bedroom has a 32 inch high def internet surfing smart TV as well. Relax on the king sized bed while watching your favorite movie on Netflix. The 2nd bedroom has a Play Station 3 game console with 6 games (Madden '12, NCAA Football '13, College Hoops 2K8, DiRT, Need for Speed Most Wanted, and NASCAR 2011) and a 32 inch TV to occupy the kids. That PS3 is also a Blue Ray/DVD player. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, as well as a Keurig coffee machine. There is a washer and dryer in a separate room that also stores many beach toys and chairs. There are 4 great beach chairs for renters to use. There are two very large wheeled coolers that renters are welcome to use, one for drinks and snacks at the beach, and the other cooler for fishing bait, for any renters that are fisherman and like to keep their frozen bait cold. The condo has a heated pool that is easy to view from the balcony. Ocean Breeze East is two miles from Publix grocery store and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. We had new carpet in the TV room and dining area installed in May of 2015 last year. New in 2016 we have replaced the “Sleeper Sofa” with a much more comfortable brand new regular sofa and brand new love seat. Two additional twin mattresses will be provide and stored under the master bed for you to pull out and have additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy! Also new in 2016 is brand new patio furniture. More new in 2016, we installed new electrical outlets that are the combo USB and power outlet; one each in the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. Just bring a USB cord, leave your charge cubes at home!
