We offer great rates AND a poolside location!The Purple Parrot Village Resort is a unique gated tropical resort with 114 caribbean style villas. The villas surround a 5000 square foot oasis swimming pool complete with a waterfall cave and a bridge accessible hot tub. The resort also features an indoor heated pool and hot tub in the pool house which also includes saunas, changing rooms, showers, and a fitness center. The Purple Parrot is a family friendly resort also great for couples or a girls getaway.The Tiki Bar is on-site poolside with beverages to purchase and live entertainment on various nights of the week.Our clean, well-maintained condo, Sea-Brook, is on the lower level of a two unit villa. Nestled among the palm trees surrounding the pool, our location is second to none as we are one of only a few condos with a prime poolside location. The gate to enter the pool is just outside our screened in porch. Relax and enjoy the music playing from The Tiki Bar. The spacious Living Room is furnished with a Queen Sofa Sleeper and Two Reclining Chairs and looks out onto the pool area. There is a 36" flatscreen television and also a dvd player. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a new sink and granite countertops. The kitchen is equipped with a crock pot, utensils, and all small appliances that you may need during your stay. There is a queen bed in the bedroom as well as a 22” flat screen tv. There is also washer and dryer inside of the condo.There is free wi-fi available. The Purple Parrot Resort is NOT located beachfront. There is beach access about 1/4 of a mile away. The best beach, by far, is Johnson Beach which is located in The Gulf Islands National Seashore, which is about a 2 minute drive from The Purple Parrot. There are restrooms, showers, picnic tables, a walking trail, and covered pavilions. They charge $15 per car for a pass which is good for a week and it is well worth it. An absolutely beautiful stretch of open beach.World class golf courses, marinas, restaurants and grocery stores are within a mile of the resort. The Naval Air Station where the Blue Angels practice is about 15 minutes away.Please check our calendar for availability. We can be reached most efficiently by e-mail.
