Our 17th floor condo has breath taking views and is almost 1600 sq ft. It is casual and comfortable with cozy living room furniture, elegant master bedroom furniture and upgraded linens and towels throughout. Beach service is included in all of our rentals from March-October, weather permitting, at no additional cost. This is an $180 value that includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. The master bedroom features a king sized bed and 32" LCD TV and DVD player. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. In the living room, we have comfortable furniture (including a queen sized sleeper sofa), a 43" Plasma TV and Blu-ray player with apps so you can watch Netflix, Hulu and other streaming services (requires you to use your own account).The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and 32" LCD TV. This bedroom shares a bath with the third bedroom which has a set of bunk beds with a full on bottom and twin on top, a 26" LCD TV and DVD player which is perfect for the kids. The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances and the refrigerator provides filtered water and ice. All the cookware, dinner ware and accessories you need are here as well. In addition, we have a high chair and pack n play for use during your stay. One less thing to pack for your family vacation!The Palacio complex offers two pools, one heated, and a hot tub. Beach access is directly off the pool and beach chair/umbrella service is available to you during the season. Of course, you can always bring your own beach chair. Other amenities include a Fitness Room overlooking the Gulf, tennis courts, a conference room that can be rented for events and a DVD rental machine.Plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and children's activities are located nearby for those times when you can drag yourself away from the pristine beaches and turquoise water.Keywords: Gulf front More details
