Two full Kitchens featuring all stainless appliances. Quartz countertops in all lavatories and kitchens. Both kitchens have breakfast bar seating at the islands as well as a dining table seating an additional four guests just between the kitchens and living areas. The two master bedrooms feature King size beds and fully renovated baths with large custom showers offering three shower heads with rainfall. The third and fourth bedrooms upstairs are situated for the children with dual twin beds in each bedroom. The fifth and sixth bedrooms both have queen size beds and ample room for all of your beach trip belongings. All bedrooms utilize wood blinds and custom draperies as well as ceiling fans for the days when the gulf air is too pleasant for the air conditioning. There are also two sofas that open to reveal queen size beds in each. All lavatories feature height assist toilets, custom cabinetry and all new fixtures. Custom Decks wrap the building offering the best views of the Perdido Key State Park Beach seated in one of our large rocking chairs. The rear decks take you from the Kitchen's side doors to rear staircases leading to Seascape's own private pool. If salt water is your pleasure then simply walk past the pool to the boat dock in back where you can catch your dinner fishing or park your boat for your daily outing. There is also a floating dock for your personal watercraft if you like to travel with the toys! If your day of fishing went really well Seascape offers and large BBQ area to the side of the building with a gas grill for the vacationing chef's enjoyment. Parking is ample with plenty of parking for up to eight vehicles if need be. Seascape offers custom furniture and many pieces of art from local artists as well as artists from all up and down the Florida keys. Seascape is located in the Perdido Key Beach State Park. Beach access is one house down across the street.
