Downstairs there is a huge covered outdoor space perfect for reading, boiling shrimp, grilling out, or just getting out of the sun for a few minutes. There is also a large uncovered deck and a pier over Ole River with fish cleaning station and a boat slip large enough for any center console. The driveway extends alongside the house and has a 30amp hookup for a motor home or RV. The beach is easily accessible and there is a chair rental station just across the street. Also within walking distance is the World famous Flora-Bama Lounge, the Flora-Bama Yacht Club, the new Ole River Bar, the Flora-Bama Lounge and Package, a Waffle House (exciting, right??), and a couple of gas stations.
