Enjoy the best of both worlds with our lovely bay front, private gulf access villa. We are a quiet small family oriented complex with many people living here full time. Great for boating activities and long days on the beach. Our villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is built along the edge of a sandy bay and across the street from our private gulf front beach access. There is a lovely sandy beach right off the porch. There is a shared, private pool, gazebo on the water and beautiful private stretch of gulf front property. The villa is fully furnished with a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest room. The living room also has a comfortable sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. The master bedroom has french doors to the large balcony. The unit has a washer and dryer and typical kitchen amenities (pots, pans and dishes). The unit is directly across the street from the private gulf front access and sits on the sandy beach by the bay. The unit is steps away from the private pool. The gazebo can be used any time without reservations. . The entire unit has beautiful terracotta tile. In addition to the large french doors, the unit has windows that wraps around the side of the unit. The unit has first come, first serve boat slips. Message me with any questions.
