Our Beach Front condo in Central Gulf Shores is directly on the Gulf of Mexico. You have direct beach views from all windows and doors. Our condo is on the fourth floor, you can hear the waves crashing on the white sand beach below when the large sliding glass doors to the balcony from the living room and Master suite are open. You are so close to the Gulf, you'll be able see dolphins swimming by each morning. Our second home has two master size very spacious bedrooms with two on-suite bathrooms. Two separate closets in the bedrooms as well. The main master has spectacular Gulf views from the full wall size sliding glass door. The second bedroom has a beautiful bay view window. The custom cabinetry in our kitchen is accented with fine granite countertops. We've totally stocked the kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, cups & glasses and full drawers of cooking and eating utensils. Also brand new coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and microwave is waiting for you. From back in the kitchen, it looks like you are at sea--you can only see the Gulf. The foyer, kitchen, bathrooms, breakfast, dining, and living areas and laundry room are tiled, and is equipped with upgraded appliances. Nine-foot ceilings enhance the ocean views from the living/dining areas as well as from the master bedroom. Fresh paint in every room and brand new carpet in the bedrooms. Our condo is 1030 square feet with additional over-sized terraces. The 200-square-foot terrace with a white bar-height patio dining set for unobstructed views of the beach below. The ground level of the condominium has an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a magnificent whirlpool waterfall feature. This level also has a covered entry and some covered parking, a barbeque area, and a boardwalk that leads to the beach. On the lobby level you’ll find an exercise room and game room that overlook the indoor pool below. The front desk, business center, mailboxes, sauna, exercise room, game room, meeting room, and sun terrace are on this level. This is a truly terrific complex and we have tried to make our condo equally terrific--as it is our second home. We want our guests to feel that way about it, as well.
