The property contains a sandy beach providing a swimming area and a boat house with a slip (four to five foot depth) for your boat. A boat ramp is on the property and another is nearby. There is freshwater fishing and kayaking in the upper reaches of Soldier Creek and nearby Palmetto Creek and salt water fishing off the pier and at nearby Perdido Bay fishing reefs (2) and in the Gulf of Mexico. The creek flows into Perdido Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway (15 min boat ride away) with water access to the Gulf of Mexico.
