Welcome to our vacation home, 'Condeaux on the Beach.' Whether you are here for a romantic get away, or a family retreat, you will enjoy the white sugar sands of Orange Beach and want to return again and again.SNOWBIRDS ~ Harbour Place has a very friendly atmosphere, low density building, indoor pool & hot tub, with tables where snowbirds gather for morning coffee, socialization, and evening planning!! We also have a beautiful fireplace in our unit! The condo is located on the 2nd floor and we have exquisitely updated the interior. We have taken great pride to ensure that every comfort of home is accommodating to you. Upon entering you will find our guest book that we call 'The Orange Beach/Gulf Shores Travel Guide.' In it you will find hand selected recommendations for dining, entertainment, shopping and more. There you will also find coupons and special promotions from local vendors. Our beautiful 2 bedroom vacation home has a wonderful side view from our balcony, as you can see from our pictures. It is freshly painted, and newly furnished for comfort, relaxation and enjoyment. The master bedroom is brand new and serene. The bed is queen sized and the room has a spacious window which adds plenty of outside light. The master bathroom is all tile with a beautiful large walk-in shower and a new vanity and mirror. The guest room provides a queen bed with night stand, dresser, and a twin bed for extra guests. The bathroom joining this bedroom is accessed from the living room as well. A 32'' flat screen HDTV is provided in both bedrooms. The kitchen has ample workspace, nice appliances and is very vibrant! It is fully equipped with a coffee pot, toaster, pots, dishes, and everything you need, making it a joy to prepare meals for friends and family!The dining area has a table that seats 4 as well as 2 bar stools for additional seating.The living area has a large, ocean colored sofa with a queen size sleeper that folds out. You will also enjoy the comfort of a rocker/recliner and cozy club chair in a sand color, with a beautiful fireplace that can be used for heat on a cool night, or only the flickering flame for the perfect ambiance! Here you can watch television on the 40'' flat screen HDTV. There is a DVD player for your entertainment to watch movies. We have provided playing cards, some games, and magazines for your pleasure!The large balcony is accessible from the living area. There is a side view of the gulf and beach with fabulous relaxing views day and night. There is a wood high top table with 2 chairs, and a glass top table with 4 chairs as well. Whether you are dining outdoors, enjoying a drink, or taking in the mesmerizing views, you'll realize there's no other place you'd like to be!Additionally, our vacation home is in a low density complex, has wireless internet and cable television. All linens are provided with the exception of beach towels. There is a covered entry, and luggage carts are available to assist in loading and unloading your vehicle. On site parking is available and a parking pass is required.
