In Starboard Village - Unit 224.Main level has a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath, and a large balcony overlooking the Gulf. Balcony stays in the shade during the day. Second level has a two bedrooms with large bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a balcony - hear and see the waves from bed! Master also has large walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen and twin bed. There is also a laundry closet with washer and dryer upstairs. There is an extremely comfortable pull out sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room. Unit sleeps 7. Unit also has a two car garage.Condo is in Starboard Village, a smaller complex directly on the beach. Condo is on the top two floors of the building, the 3rd and 4th floors. There is a swimming pool with sun deck. We have four beach chairs, an umbrella, gas grill, bicycles, pool, and beach toys available for our guests use. We try to have everything our family would need and yours. Please let us know if you have younger children and need any additional gear - we have it :) ***Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday 5/27/16 thru 8/13/16.
