Ideally located on the 12th floor, the condo provides magnificent, unobstructed views. You'll love it! The condo features 10ft ceilings, granite counter tops and those gorgeous floor to ceiling views of the gulf from the living area and kitchen and, of course, great views from the balcony.Full size washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal or enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony. The condo features tile throughout and has two TV's with a 42 inch in living area and a 27 inch in Master BR. Free WiFi is available throughout Phoenix 7 including common grounds within the building.Phoenix VII offers numerous amenities including indoor/outdoor pools, kiddie pools, saunas, fitness room, tennis courts, racquet ball, sports showers, half court basketball, BBQ grills, gazebo in grilling area, boardwalk, 24/7 security.
