Hamilton Beach House is a Key West style, raised beach cottage with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. The foyer is ground level and its 1 flight of stairs up to the main living area. The living area on the first floor is open concept allowing for everyone to spend time together, it opens to the main floor outdoor deck. The living room features new top grain leather sofas and chairs. The kitchen is all new with granite counters, new stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. The dining table seats 8. There's a bedroom with queen bed as well as a full bath on this floor. Upstairs, there's a large master retreat featuring king bed, sitting area, en-suite bath with jetted tub and separate shower, dual sinks and ample closet apace. Across the hall we have a cute kids room with bunks, full size on the bottom and twin on the top with wall mount TV. Further down the hall we have another bedroom with queen bed as well as an other separate full bath. There's also a full walk-in laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Both the bunk room and the queen bedroom have access to the second floor outdoor deck. All rooms have ample windows to let the coastal sunshine in! All rooms have ceiling fans, flat screen TVs and DVD players. Perfect when anyone wants to spend time alone. This house has parking for 2 cars underneath along with a covered patio. The pool, pier and lagoon sand beach are just a short walk past the house next door. The beach is a 3 block walk to the 13th street beach access, but there is public parking at 13th street, so you can make a quick drive to park and cross the street to the beach. There's a shower and porta at the 13th St beach. We will not rent this house to anyone under the age of 30. This house is not available for Spring Break high school or college groups.
