Welcome to our vacation home, 'Condeaux on the Beach III.' We have decorated our unit in a beautiful sea foam blue and coral coastal interior, with a touch of New Orleans flair! Our condo is the perfect romantic retreat for 2, or a relaxing and fun get away. You will simply love the white sugar sands of Orange Beach! Our condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building in the middle over looking one of the 4 pools. We have taken great pride in updating the interior, and to ensure that every comfort of home is accommodating to you. Our cozy pool side Studio vacation home is freshly painted, and has a comfortable sofa for relaxing and watching the 42'' HDTV, with 2 small tables, a cozy chair with side table, and is amazingly spacious! At night, simply slide the sofa forward and we have a queen sized Murphy bed with a luxurious 4" memory foam mattress topper for a restful night's sleep, with enough room to sit on the sofa and move around. There is an abundance of space for your clothing with a full size closet, and 2 chest of drawers built in to the Murphy Bed unit. The bathroom is calmly serene and stocked with many amenities. Our kitchen is very vibrant and fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, and everything you need, making it a joy to prepare meals, or a romantic dinner! For your dining indoors there are 2 bar stools at the counter. The balcony is accessible from the living area and provides a beautiful relaxing view of one of the 4 pools that Sugar Beach has to offer. Enjoy dining outdoors, having coffee or tea, and taking in the relaxing views to realize there's no other place you'd like to be! Additionally, our vacation home has FREE wireless internet and cable television! All linens are provided with the exception of beach towels. There is a covered entry, covered parking, 2 elevators, and luggage carts are available to assist in loading and unloading your vehicle. A $20 parking pass is required, which you must obtain and pay CASH for at the guard house upon arrival. It is good for the duration of your stay. This is a non-smoking unit.
