Enjoy a family vacation or a couple's retreat to the white sugar sands of Alabama overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. After your visit you will want to return again and again. The condo is on the 7th floor. We have made an effort to ensure that your stay has every comfort of home at your fingertips. In the condo you will find a guest book that we call "The Gulf Shores Travel Guide". In this guide you will find recommendations for dining, entertainment, shopping and more. Also, you will find coupons and special promotions from local vendors. This direct gulf front 2 bedroom condo has been remodeled with granite counter tops and natural cabinets in the kitchen. This condo is decorated with the beach in mind, comfort and relaxation! The master bedroom has direct access to the balcony which looks out to the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You can wake up every morning to breath taking views. There is tile floors throughout the master bedroom and bath. The room has a flat screen T.V. There is a separate dressing area and sufficient storage. The guest room has a queen bed with over sized night stand. There is a flat screen TV in the room. The attached bathroom has a walk in shower. The floors are also tile.The kitchen has plentiful granite work space and updated appliances. It has extra items to help make your cooking easier. The dining area has a table that seats 4 as well as 2 bar stools for additional seating at the bar. The large balcony , measuring 8x20, is accessible from the living area and the master bedroom. It has a great direct gulf front view, beach and swimming pool view. You will enjoy relaxing and soaking up the views day or night. You will realize there is no other place you want to be while enjoying meals outdoors or drinking your morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim by and taking in the breathtaking views. The living area has a large , comfortable colored sofa that folds into a bed. You can also enjoy a recliner rocker making it perfect for relaxing and reading a good book or taking a nap. In the living area you can enjoy watching television on a big flat screen HDTV. There is also a cabinet . below that is filled with games, puzzles and magazines to enjoy!Additionally, our vacation home is in a low density complex, has wireless internet and cable. All linens are provided with the exception of beach towels. The entry is covered and the luggage carts are provided to assist in loading and unloading your car. On site parking is available and passes can be purchased at the guard house. This is a non-smoking unit.
