Colorful hardwood floors give this home a warm “at the beach” tropical feeling.The master bedroom has a king size bed. It takes up the entire upstairs and has a bathroom. Downstairs bedroom #1 has two double beds and bedroom #2 has twin beds. There are 2 sleeper sofas in the living room. The separate dining room has a large cypress dining table. This is a NON-SMOKING home, but is allowed on the large balcony that opens from the living room.Your pet is welcomed with opened arms. Simply check the box to pay the non-refundable, $100.00 pet fee. There is cable TV in the living area and master bedroom. The home has Wi-Fi. There are ceiling fans in every room except the fully equipped kitchen.The large deck has unobstructed views of the Gulf and Lagoon. There is an approx. 400 foot walk to the beach. Less than a mile from shopping and restaurants.. This home has been in my family since it was built in 1980. I have recently purchased it from my mother.
