You'll love this condo the minute you walk in the door. When we purchased this condo it was for our family and friends to enjoy going to the beach and being together as a family. It has been newly painted, new carpeting and most furnishings are new. We wanted it to be a relaxed and refreshing beach atmosphere. There is a large master bedroom with a new king size bed with attached bathroom with double sinks, tub and a special shower head. The guest bedroom has two single beds which can be moved to accommodate children plus a blow up mattress, it also has it's own bathroom. This condo will sleep 6 people. In all rooms there are 46 to 50 In flat screen televisions on the walls plus DVD players in bedrooms and living room. Our kitchen has all pots and pans and dishes you mostly use in your own home. There is washer and dryer to wash clothes. Since this is our second home we have all necessities of home. I wanted it to be a special place to enjoy. We had so any inquiries to rent it we decided to let others enjoy our home away from home. Besides being comfortable and cozy inside the private balcony offers a quiet spot to relax after a day at the beach, pool or site seeing. Another great advantage that drew us to this complex was the proximity of it to everything. It's located off Hwy 59 just over the inter coastal waterway. Within walking distance there are several grocery stores, Wall Mart, Zaxby's, McDonalds and fine dining restaurants. Within a mile and a half there is the beach, Gulf State Park, Waterville, bike trails, zoo, miniature golf and many more things to do.
