Windward Pointe 705 has an updated fully functioning kitchen with all the amenities of home. Granite Counter tops and island are perfect for cooking and entertaining. Equipped with both Keurig and regular coffee makers. Dining area sits 8 with 6 at the dining table and 2 barstools. There is another table and chairs on the balcony to enjoy your breakfast overlooking the Beach. A full size washer and dryer is available in the condo. There are 4 flat screen TVs, and 2 DVD players for those nights when it's time to relax with family and friends. Enjoy a movie or just sit quietly and read while you listen to the waves of the ocean. The condo has keyless entry to eliminate the need of keeping up with keys. The building has two elevators for convenience. You'll love the large outdoor pool area complete with a 'kiddie' pool, all on the beach side, and convenient bathrooms by the pool and a shady area to escape the sun while enjoying a snack. For the cooler months, you will really enjoy our large, separate indoor pool, which is housed in the same building as our sauna, work out room, and the Island's best Jacuzzi tub! Bring your tennis rackets because a nice tennis court is on site.Nearby are a wide selection of restaurants, Souvenir shops, and grocery stores. Head to the Gulf State Park to enjoy walking and bicycle paths.
