Enjoy the water view from the front porch or retreat to the screen enclosed back porch overlooking the natural gas BBQ grill area on huge deck for outdoor gatherings. 2015 addition of a walkway leading to second huge deck with lounge seating, another 6 person table and chairs and a beautiful large, six person spa with lounger. Topping off the spa is a pergola that provides shade and ambiance to the spa experience. The large backyard is now privacy fenced for your enjoyment. Fish or just take in the vistas from our private dock. Kelly has built a deluxe 10 foot long fish cleaning station on the dock with sink. We provide some basic fishing poles and tackle. We also provide some beach chairs, toys and boogie boards for your trip to the beach. There is ample parking with a four car carport plus there is off street parking on our large vacant lot to the West with plenty of room to run and play. Enjoy the Civitan Park one block away which is also on the water. Pelican's Perch is located at the head of Bayou Davenport and has a private dock. Bring your boat that can be launched from the public ramp nearby and moored at our dock during your stay. Bayou Davenport is a great waterfront location with unobstructed access to the Bay and it is only a 10 minute ride to Pensacola Bay and a 20 minute boat ride to the cut or pass out into the Gulf of Mexico.We can offer to waive the 11.5% state and county taxes to active duty military who have orders for Pensacola duty. You must provide a copy of your orders.
