We are preparing for our fourth season in the rental market after finishing major renovations in the spring of 2014. We are proud of our unit and our of good reviews on VRBO and would love to have you as our guest.The unit sleeps 4-6 adults with king bed in master, queen in guest and queen-sized sleeper sofa in living area.The Gulf of Mexico is just down the stairs and out the back gate. Fantastic beach views from the living room and master bedroom. The wide-balcony wraps around the corner of the building and features a new grill.The complex swimming pool can be seen from both the kitchen window and balcony, good for keeping an eye on kids.Renovations include new tile flooring throughout, new paint, new AC unit and water heater, new flat screen TVs on walls in both bedrooms and in the living room, new tile, microwave and other upgrades in kitchen, new mirrors and light fixtures in bathroom, new furniture.Sleeper sofa is new, new king bed, mattress and other furnishings in master bedroom, new bedding and towels throughout, new kitchen table and chairs, new living room furnishing. DVD Players in living area and in master bedroom and a collection of 75 DVDs. The unit includes a washer and dryer. We also provide an outdoor grill, beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys to save you the trouble of transporting or purchasing all of these things for a brief vacation. More details
