The master bath has a shower and granite vanity.The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with twin on top and full size mattress on bottom.The Master and 2nd bedrooms have smart TV's and there is a 43' TV in the living room. All TV's have DirecTV service.The 'step saver' kitchen has new appliances and granite counter tops. There is a gas range and dishwasher. It is small but very functional. There is also a full-size front loader washer dryer in the laundry room.The front porch is inviting plus there is a large back patio with pavers that has a lighted Pergola, patio furniture and a BBQ grill. There is a canvas covered carport and a long driveway so three or four vehicles can easily park on the property. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located but is a bit sketchy as to how some homes are maintained. We have lived here for a year while doing the remodeling and have been very comfortable. We can offer to waive the 11.5% state and county taxes to active duty military who have orders for Pensacola duty. You must provide a copy of your orders.
