Barefoot Beach House was completed in 2015 and has a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, sleeping a total of 19, all in fabulous beach style.The main floor is very spacious and you know when you enter the open living area that it is something special. The entire floor is covered in large, natural tile which gives the entire Suite 1 a clean coastal look. The modern kitchen, dining and living area all open up to the best feature: the large deck. You can enjoy the view of Pensacola Sound while sitting at a picnic table or other lounge chairs. From the deck you can also see the private walkway that leads to your own private dock. Keep an eye out for dolphins because they like to swim and play nearby. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are grouped together on one side of the floor plan, which include 2 queens and a bunk bed. On the other side of the suite is a king size bedroom with it's own bathroom. The living room has queen size sleeper sofa and plenty of comfy chairs to relax with company. The dining table seats 8 and is right next to the beachy, white quartz, center island which seats 6. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in open living area. Up the beautiful wood stairs you will find two more bedrooms and two full bathrooms. From the living room guests can see the Gulf of Mexico and the Sound - amazing! The upstairs has an open living area with same beach style as main floor. It has a small fridge, coffee maker, sink and white quartz countertop and center island with 4 barstools. One bedroom has King size bed with private bathroom, while other bedroom has bunkroom that sleeps 4. Another full bathroom can be found off of living area along with washer/dryer.
