Newly renovated and newly furnished from the ground up town home in the very popular San De Luna complex. This small complex is comprised of 4 buildings and only 32 units. Get away from the hectic high rise/ resort scene and enjoy the beautiful relaxing views from our own little piece of paradise. Full amenities including cable, internet, washer and dryer in the unit, fully stocked kitchen, with towels and beach towels. We also include 2 stand up Paddle boards/kayaks to use during your stay for no additional charge. That's zip nada zero gratis. We just require you to sign a separate rental agreement if you plan on using them. Paddle Boards cost $75-100 per board per day on average plus figuring out how to get them to where you're staying. Ours are at the town home and steps away from the sound.
