This recently renovated two bedroom and two bathroom condo is a winner in your vacation getaway plans. Upgrades include new mattresses in bedrooms, and a new microwave, stove and dishwasher in the kitchen. You are sure to find the Tuscan-inspired color scheme throughout this unit soothing and relaxing. Living area furnishings include a bright blue sofa couch and two matching armchairs, a yellow recliner armchair, a dark rattan and wicker end table and coffee table, and an ornate, antique style, wood side table that holds a flat screen television and a DVD player. The living area also has a comfortable leather recliner and swivel chair as well as nice sleeper sofa. The updated kitchen has white appliances, a flat top range, and all of the items you could need to prepare meals for your family or guests. In front of the breakfast bar are two wooden bar stools for additional seating. The beach inspired kitchen table seats 6 to 8 for those family sit down meals. The balcony has colorful furniture and a great view of the pool, beach, and gulf. Each of the private bathrooms have all of the expected features and fixtures. The master bedroom opens to the balcony, and there is a king-size bed that has a white wood headboard, a matching nightstand, a six drawer dresser, and a flat screen television mounted on the wall. Two queen-size beds in the second bedroom have white wood headboards, a single-drawer nightstand, and a chest of drawers, with a television set mounted near the ceiling for easy viewing while in bed. Bedrooms have new mattresses and comforters. We have repeat guests who tell us we have a bright, cheerful condo that they enjoy coming back to.
