* There is ongoing work to the exterior of the complex; they are stripping and replacing the stucco surfaces. Currently (as of March 16, 2017) all of the balconies in the complex have been blocked off and covered, but may reopen as each floor is completed. In addition the outdoor pool and deck area (including gas grills and fireplace) are not available for use, but will be reopened when they complete the southern face of the building (expected by the end of May). The interior pool area (including large pool and deck, hot tub, exercise room, sauna, steam-room) will remain open along with full access to the beach.* Due to these limitations we have lowered our prices by 50% for Spring and 40% for Early Summer (these discounts are already reflected in our current pricing; see below).
