This condo is ideally located on the 4th floor on the west side (best side) of the complex with beautiful views of the bay, Pass Bridge, pools, lazy river and boats floating by. Both bedrooms have king beds with super soft linens and beachy decor. Master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub with separate shower. Large sofa and extra wide rollaway bed sleeps two for a total of 6 guests. Phoenix on the Bay includes a gated entrance, a parking deck for every floor of the complex, one of Orange Beach's longest lazy rivers, multiple pools, kids water slides, two hot tubs, a full sized gym and fitness facility, a kids beach, putting golf green, a large grass kids playing area on the water, and lighted tennis courts. For bicycle enthusiastics, a sidewalk runs from our condo all the way to the Gulf State backcountry trail system. Gulf front beaches are only minutes away by car!BOAT SLIPS AVAILABLE: For those bringing their boat, boat slip rentals, and trailer parking for nearly any sized boat are available directly through the condo association (we provide you the contact information upon booking for you to set up your boat slip rental directly with the association). For your convenience, there is even an onsite boat ramp ! UPDATED CALENDAR: If our online calendar shows the unit as available, then it is. Our preferred method of booking is for you to use the 'BOOK IT' button on the top right hand side of our site, and follow the online instructions to book the unit through the online VRBO credit card payment system. Your reservation will then be finalized within twenty four (24) hours. This preferred payment option is available 24/7 as it is an automated process to book the reservation. Transactions are handled through the secure server of Homeaway. Checks are not accepted. Once paid in full under either method, a confirmation email is sent to you. Later, an informational packet on the condo, directions, etc. will then be emailed to you in advance of your stay. The email will come from Lockstate.com. Please check your spam email folder. We have a keyless entry system, so the access code information will be included in this email.RESTRICTIONS: Unless granted an exception, renters must be 25 or older. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $200 fully refundable security deposit is required, in addition to the amount owed for the stay. Assuming checkout compliance, the security deposit is credited back to your credit card within seven business days following your checkout, with an emailed receipt thanking you for your stay.
