A full granite bar seats three guests and provides a handy place for snacking or visiting with the cook. The spacious kitchen has granite countertops throughout and ample dishes and equipment to make your stay quite pleasant. This condo has a utility room with a full size washer and dryer so you don’t have to return home with dirty clothes, and the large hot water heater provides plenty of hot water for washing bodies, dishes and clothes all at the same time. Island Royale is a 12 year old unit within easy walking distance of everything in Gulf Shores, including shopping and restaurants. The complex is only 83 units with 6 units per floor which allows for an uncrowded beach and comfortable use of both the indoor and outdoor swim-through pools.
