Located on the 11th floor of the Crystal Tower our non smoking freshly painted and newly decorated 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo offers spectacular views of the Gulf Of Mexico and Little Lagoon. Our Condo offers great amenities such as 3 elevators, a fitness center, indoor and 2 outdoor pools (lazy river), several outdoor grills and an air conditioned walkway to the beach. Most importantly the property has 24/7 on site security. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all the essential equipment for cooking in . The dining room has a table for four and a breakfast bar with seating for 3 while the living area provides a sofa and love seat and wall mounted flat screen TV with Satellite programming and a DVD player. In the Master Suite you will enjoy a great night sleep on a king sized bed, the suite also offers a large closet, flat screen TV with satellite and a DVD player. The Master Bath is spacious including a tub/shower combo, large vanity with two sinks and plenty of draw space. Our second bedroom offers twin sized bunk beds, a full sized bed with a comfy memory foam mattress as well a flat screen TV with satellite programming and a large closet. For Convenience this unit has a laundry room equipped with separate full sized washer and dryer as well as an ironing board and iron. WIFI available through out the condo free of charge. Take a walk to the beach using our air conditioned walkway from the second floor of the main building. There is a 25 yr min age requirement to be eligible to rent at the Crystal Tower.
