Pelican pointe is centrally located in orange beach on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the gulf of mexico. Pelican pointe is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and many activities. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit has the ability to sleep 8. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVD players. There is a queen-size sofa/sleeper in the living area. New granite counter tops in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, disposal and refrigerator with ice maker. We do an inventory regularly to make sure all kitchen items are what you would expect. Toaster, coffee maker, crock pot and all dishes, silverware and utensils are what you would find in your own home. A full sized washer and dryer is conveniently located near the kitchen. There is a convenient snack bar area with two stools. The dining area has a full sized table with six chairs. The unit is tiled throughout except for the bedrooms which were recently re-carpeted. The exceptionally large balcony is equipped with table, seven chairs and two chaise lounges overlooking the gulf. Other amenities: free high speed internet, large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, heated indoor pool with hot tube and workout room. Lighted tennis court, basketball goal and outdoor grill area. Important to note: pelican pointe has a gated entry and walking surveillance of the property regularly. This is a non smoking and pet free rental.
