Come check out this condo!! You won't be sorry. The views are spectacular and you are only footsteps from the beach. Emerald Isle is a gated building with access from the Gulf and from the main Avenue. There are 16 floors, two swimming pools, a hot tub, and a (small) workout room. There are two elevators and restrooms in the lobby area. The condo is 1300 sq. ft. with a kitchen, living area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. We have a fully stocked kitchen and provide all necessary linens. For those of you who do not like to cook, we are in walking distance to several restaurants. We are local owners and try very hard to keep the the condo clean and cozy!! We will not rent to anyone under 21 years of age.
