The open floor plan gives you a beautiful view of the ocean throughout this condo! Watch the sun rise and set as you listen to the relaxing sounds of the ocean from our spacious beach front balcony. This is also a great place for dolphin watching! Conveniently located on the 2nd floor, our property allows for easy access to the beach, parking, and all complex amenities.Our unit is professionally decorated with updated furnishings throughout. There is a large 50" flat screen LED smart TV with DVD player in the living room. Log into your own Netflix account for movie nights with our complimentary Wifi, or watch your favorite sports team & programs on Dish Satellite. The living room also has a queen size sleeper sofa.The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the conveniences of home. In case you choose to dine-in, we have done our best to provide everything you could want or need to prepare your meal. In addition to the standard coffee maker, we have provided a Keurig coffee maker to get your day started. There is also a blender to make those perfect beach frozen drinks or milk shakes. In addition, we have provided a slow cooker so you can have dinner cooking while you are at the beach... one of our favorite things to do! The dining room table comfortably seats six with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience in the laundry room located just off the kitchen, so there is no need to pack your entire wardrobe!The condo comfortably sleeps 8 to 10. The master bedroom has a brand new Cool Gel Foam mattress topper with comfortable pillows and soft blanket. There is no doubt you will be well rested to start your day! There is also a 32" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master has sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony with a breathtaking beach view. The master on-suite bathroom has a large vanity separated from the tub/shower.The two guest rooms are furnished with comfortable mattresses as well. One bedroom has a king bed with a separate door to the full bathroom. The other guest room has 2 queen beds and is located across the hall from the bathroom.
