We have the longest ownership in the complex. We are blessed to offer this unit for your family's vacation destination.Affordable fun and close to water, food, and recreation. Within walking distance to San Rock Cay shopping, restaurants, and marina. We have the best view at Perdido Dunes with an extra balcony at the dinning area...a great first look when you get up in the morning. This unit is more open than others with additional light. Large porches at entrance and off den for lounging with family and watching the beach scenes.Enjoy what we kids call mom's classic beach decor! She's the boss. Master bedroom has a queen bed with own bath. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed (twin) and a double bed. The large sofa has a queen sleeper sofa. Covered parking is available under the unit. We don't charge for parking passes! Free WiFi. We are using a damage protection policy in lieu of a deposit this year. Full refund if you cancel outside of 30 days before reservation. Closer than 30 day cancellation will be refunded if the dates are booked. We are considerate people and will respond fairly to all situations if as guests you will do the same. Per Condominium Bylaws and code for the City of Orange Beach, occupancy is limited to max of 6 persons.
