Bright colors and comfortable furnishings. Outside living is where you will want to be with plenty of seating to fully enjoy the view. .There is so much to do or do nothing at all but gaze out over the beautiful scenery. You can fish right off your pier directly in front of the house, the pool is steps away so the kids can come and go as they please while you relax and watch the tide roll in or roll out. You can grill your catch and eat on the patio. then go for a sunset cruise in your boat (if you choose to bring one) in Mobile Bay, only 15-20 minutes by boat. We often times have dolphin come up in the river to feed and teach their young right in front of the house! Kayak or just float in the river. We have friendly neighbors too. Many birds to watch - Brown Pelicans all year with White migrating Pelicans in the winter. Ducks and migrating ducks also, Cranes, Heron and occasionally seagulls too. You can reach the fisheries by boat also, what a treat to go pick up your dinner by boat and return to cook it and dine by the water. Just in case the fishing trip did not go well, just pick up your "catch" on the way home. We are located 5 minutes for the fisheries where the shrimp boats come in so you will have access to the freshest shrimp and seafood everyday. Aquillia, Billy's and Bon Secour Fisheries. There are many activities and attractions very close. Waterville water park, go-karts at The Track, numerous putt, putt locations, Orange Beach has a large public fishing pier, zip line, many charter fishing marinas including Zeke's, Outcast, San Roc Cay, Sportsman. Great restaurants everywhere and many Golf Courses to choose from. But most important is the BEACH, only 10 >< minutes drive. There is SO much to do if you choose with in 10-20 minutes drive.
