Great location in the middle of everything. Condo is 2 blocks from the 'T'. Park your car and never have to leave. Walk to the 'Hangout', the 'Pink Pony', the 'Shrinp Basket', 'Bahama Bobs', 'The Steamer', just to name a few. A GREAT view of the beautiful white sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. Shopping is also all w/n walking distance. We have a large front deck with table/chairs/umbrella where you can just sit back and look at the gulf or watch the beautiful sunsets . Easy, Easy walk to the beach, just cross the street and your toes are in the sand. Our condo is on the corner of W.Beach Blvd. and W.2nd St. To make it even easier for the 6 beach chairs, 6 beach towels, and beach umbrellas that we furnish we also have a beach cart to load it in. Did I mention we have a large hard cooler and a soft cooler for the beach? We also have kids beach toys and beach mats. If you're up for biking we have 2 bikes for your use. The living room is set up with 2 very comfy love seats, a small recliner and a chair. The bar area has 4/5 bar stools and the outside deck has 4 stools for outdoor dinning.We have a FULLY equipped kitchen including a waffle maker, rice cooker, ice cream maker, quasadilla machine, george foreman grill, crock pot and electric fryer to fry up that fish or shrimp (on the outside deck of course) and anything else you might want or need. We have 2 very comfortable queen pillow top mattresses with feather pillows. We have 2 roll away beds located in each closet. Plenty of extra linens, pillows and blankets are provided. We have 2 full baths. There are 3 flat screen t.v.'s with 1 portable dvd in the living room. If you like the color of sand and the color of the sea you will love this condo. It has beautiful soothing colors, light, bright and airy. Unit has all fresh paint, and is very tastefully decorated. We also have a computer nook with a sky light for even more natural light. There is free wifi for your use, so don't forget the lap top. We do not have a land line so please DO NOT forget your cell phones and chargers. The unit has laminate wood floors throughout the downstairs with carpet upstairs. There are 2 decks, 1 large in front and 1 in back. From both decks and from both bedroom windows you have a full view of the beach and gulf . The condo is approx. 1,150 sq. feet. There is a laundry room with full size W/D. There is a pool on site. We do have a huge movie selection and some board games along with cards for those unexpected rainy days. Brand new A/C unit that works like a dream. The October Shrimp Fest. is right on the beach directly in front of our condo. All you have to do is just cross over, no driving/parking hassels. Or, if you prefer you can just sit on the front deck with a cold drink and listen to the music and watch the people go by. It's GREAT!! After the last band plays each night you can sit on the deck and watch the fireworks display, Beautiful..We absolutely love our condo. 'No granite, no stainless steel, just a very clean, fresh, and airy beach cottage style place. I know you'll enjoy it as much as we do.
