Phoenix East is one of the nicer properties located along Perdido Beach Blvd. The grounds include an expansive pool with newly renovated pavers, new loungers, picnic tables and barbecue area dotted with palm trees. There are two hot tubs and indoor swimming pool located next to a large window that overlooks the pool area. There are tennis courts, basketball and shuffleboard, and a kids' splash pad. The entrance and grounds has beautiful landscaping and a gated entrance. Unit #202 is located on the west end of the building, with easy access via the west stair directly to the entrance. Or use the main entrance and take the elevator to the second floor. We have just redecorated with a mix of soothing colors, pictures and some unique decor items. Unit #202 has been upgraded with a walk in marble shower, updated cabinets. The living room has end tables, coffee table, a sofa that makes into a queen size bed with a new memory foam mattress and two! incredibly comfortable leather recliners. There is also an entertainment center that holds a 55" TV and DVR. There is with ample storage and a small desk. The bedroom has a king size master bed with a new pillow top mattress. It has two nightstands, chest of drawers and stand below the 42' flat screen TV. From the ocean side, the balcony is at the 3rd floor level. You can look out to the gulf, to the east toward Perdido Pass, and just below to the pool and grilling area. Across the road from Phoenix East is SanRoc Cay Marina and shopping center, along with Reel Surprise fishing charters. Bikes can be rented and delivered to the condo. The entire complex is secure and has on-site security.This is a perfect vacation getaway location!This condo is managed by Brett-Robinson, one of the premier management companies, and locally owned.
