We support and welcome our military guests!In November 2015, after only having rented Sugar Sand Dream for 3 months, we were selected by an international travel site for a photo shoot!!!!! We're beyond thrilled. The photographers and producers flew out from San Francisco, CA and South FL on December 19, 2015 and honored us with a photo shoot!!! With a casual, yet beautifully decorated, kick-your-shoes-off-and-relax vibe, Sugar Sand Dream has been completely designed with you in mind. After trips to beach condos over the years, my hope is that you'll see the care taken to create exactly what YOU want in this beautiful space! I have tried to think of everything to make your time here really special.Safety, cleanliness, and fun are HUGE to me as I'm sure they are to you, as a guest. The condo is in a gated community with security on the grounds and parking directly on the property. Your front "yard" is the beach and a huge double swimming pool. You'll see that it's easy to relax and have fun here!For active guests, the condo property has an indoor pool, an outdoor "double pool", a gym, grills, a children's playground, and tennis courts for your use. There are miles of Sugar Sand beaches outside the condo for running, walking, and people who like to shell.Every inch of the condo has been deep cleaned, freshly painted, and appointed with new furniture or newly acquired furniture that has been custom painted specifically for your enjoyment. You'll be greeted with new art/furniture/pillows/blankets and comforters selected specifically for your comfort and enjoyment! Throughout Sugar Sand Dream, you'll be surrounded with uplifting, beautiful, and fun art... some of it has been crafted and up cycled by your hostess and all of it has been inspired by the beach. The art and blown glass is intertwined with natural beach elements: driftwood, sea glass, and shells...a nod to the amazing view of the beach and water from every room! The kitchen has been stocked to the brim with all new silverware, dishes, and china with an ocean wave pattern. Accounted for: all kitchen gadgets, machines, cookware, and pretty much anything (even lots of spices) you'll need to prepare and serve meals for 10! You're within a mile of three grocery stores so purchasing your favorite items will be easy-breezy. Don't like to cook? Me, neither. Tons of nearby restaurants (both local and national chains) are here to serve you.You may choose to do laundry in the full-size washer and dryer centrally located next to the kitchen and near the "Blue Waters" twin bunk/trundle with a full size bed, the "Coral Reef" queen bedroom, the living room with a custom made, upgraded queen size sofa (extra thick and cushy), and the "Spa Beach Retreat" master bedroom which has a king sized bed. While the condo is beautiful, you'll want to enjoy the whole space by relaxing on one of the gliders on the HUGE patio, eating a meal at the turquoise and white bar table overlooking the beach, reading a book with your beverage close by on one of the white bead board snack tables or just taking in the view. Several wonderful additions to the patio for guest enjoyment: this past spring, two white Polywood Adirondack rockers, one turquoise 6-top Polywood Adirondack bar/dinner table and chair combination and a two seater turquoise Polywood Adirondack sunrise viewing table and chair combo added for early risers who want to view the amazing morning sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico!When headed to the sugar sand beach outside your sliding glass door, you can use the beach chairs and new beach towels provided (please return them when you're done so the next guest will enjoy them) or you may choose to rent a beach chair and umbrella from the attendant on the beach. The double-circle outdoor pool is another good choice for relaxation, with ample seating space for all in your party. There's a gazebo with seating at the pool for those who prefer the shade. Nearby, you'll find a multitude of fun places for children and families to play and enjoy: hang gliding, boating, skim boarding, water and golf parks, dancing, shopping, an outlet mall, favorite national "big box" stores, local shops, and fishing gear stores.
