The complex has a heated indoor/outdoor pool with a hot tub, zero entry kiddie pool with fountains, and the pool area is surrounded with lounge chairs. Seawind boast a large state of art fitness center with a beach view, and a sauna. The complex provides high speed WiFi, cable TV, on site management, and security.We purchased our condo (unit #706) in 2010. All the furniture and decor is brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The living room has a large comfortable sofa, a recliner that my husband loves, and a 37 inch flat screen TV with a DVD player. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a new Sealy posturepedic ultra plush pillow top mattress, a 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD player, and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a new Sealy Posturepedic pillow top mattress, a 32 inch flat screen TV, and tastefully decorated. The bunk room is perfect for kids, it is furnished with twin bunk beds and a 19 inch flat screen TV. The balcony is accessible from the master bedroom and the living room. It has two chaise lounge chairs and a high top table and chairs so you can dine out on the balcony if you choose. We accept all major credit cards through paypal.
