The upstairs deck offers panoramic views of the beach - watch dolphins swim by and brown pelicans fly so close you feel like you can reach out and touch them. Sorry, no pets allowed.This three bedroom two bath home was owner occupied for many years, and pride of ownership is reflected in the beautiful furnishings, linens, and artwork throughout. The light filled living room features a flat-screen 41” plasma HD TV with DVD player, as well as a Bose Wave music system with multi-CD changer and IPod docking station. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property. Large upper deck with table and chairs off the master bedroom. The master bath has a separate ceramic tile shower and jetted Jacuzzi tub. Bedrooms two and three feature Queen beds, and each includes a flat screen HD TV. The downstairs bedroom features french doors that open onto a balcony. The second bathroom features a large ceramic tile shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans and beach-inspired dinnerware. The kitchen window features hand-crafted stained glass designed just for our home. A table that seats six is located just off the kitchen. Another outdoor table that seats six is located just underneath the house, for shady, breezy, al fresco dining. Don’t feel like cooking? Enjoy the many great restaurants nearby, from ultra-casual barefoot beach-side cafes within walking or biking distance of our home (Bahama Bob’s is our favorite), to fusion-inspired settings sure to please the most discerning palette (Villagio Grille at The Wharf is our favorite for upscale dining).
