Welcome to our vacation home! Unit 236 is the perfect romantic getaway, a fun visit for your family or a girls weekend! Our unit is conveniently located on the second floors just steps from the elevator. The unit has recently been updated to ensure that your stay is accommodating and comfortable. The unit is freshly painted and has one queen size bed awaiting you! There is also a new sofa which converts to a queen size bed, a small table a chairs as well as bar stools at the bar for indoor dining. The unit has a flat screen t.v. with a dvd player for your viewing along with a dresser for storage and a closet for hanging. The unit has a full kitchen equipped with a toaster, blender, coffee maker, and the tools/utensils you will need to prepare a meal for the family. All linens are provided with the unit other than beach towels. You can step onto the balcony which is located off of the living area. We love to sit and have coffee in the mornings and enjoy all the sounds of the ocean and birds. Upon arriving to the unit you will notice that all parking is covered along with a covered entry. Luggage carts are located by the elevators for your convenience of unloading and loading your vehicle. There is an on site guard at all times and they will check each vehicles upon entering the parking area for your convenience. You will check in with the guard upon initial arrival to obtain your parking pass (you will not be stopped after you have your parking pass in the window). The parking pass is $20 and is good for the duration of your stay. Once leaving the unit you take the few steps to the elevator and you step out and are right there at the beach access, pools and sugar shack. It really is the perfect idea of convenience which makes the stay with kids amazing. Sugar Beach is the perfect condominium for fun for the kiddos and relaxation for adults. There are four pools (including the gated kiddie pool). Three of the pools are located beach front and two of the pools are seasonally heated! One of our favorite features is the 'Sugar Shack'! You can buy snack, drinks, burgers or a hot dog at lunch and even a pool/beach toy if you forget yours in the room! You can literally check in and never leave!We look forward to sharing our unit with you in hopes you will make lifelong memories with the kids, the spouse or the girlfriends that will last forever.
