Come and enjoy! I'm a first floor condo which is handicap accessible. This is our second home for our family & an investment to enjoy, so we are willing to share it with other families. It has a touch of elegance with a beach theme so it is comfortable and inviting. My sofa is a sleeper, there are twin beds in the guest bedroom and King bed in Master Bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The Master bath has double sinks, a large walk-in shower, second bath has bathtub with shower. We have a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and dishes you'd use at home. We supply coffee to get you started with a Keurig coffee pot, paper towels and toilet paper. (More than one roll) We also have TV's in each bedroom and Living room plus we have WIFI. This condo has a great pool area, to enjoy and the beach is a mile and a half down Hwy 59. One of the advantages I have is the proximity of it to everything. It's located off Hwy 59 just over the inter coastal waterway. It's within walking distance to several grocery stores, Walmart, Zaxby's, McDonalds, and fine dining restaurants. Within a mile radius is Gulf State Park, Beach and Pier, Waterville, bike trails, zoo, miniature golf and many more things to do. If you're interested in shopping there is the Wharf, Tanger Outlet Mall & other shopping centers. If you want to take a little ride you can visit Fairhope and Daphne.
