Thank you for visiting our Island Royale condo. The Island Royale is located on West Beach Blvd. in Gulf Shores. Our unit is located on the 5th floor (504) and features beautiful décor that will have you enjoying the inside (almost) as much as the outside. An oversized beach front private balcony with a panoramic view of emerald green water and white sandy beaches can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. You are just steps away from white sandy beaches and warm gulf waters.The master bedroom includes a king-size pillowtop bed with down comforter, large dresser, TV/DVD, and private bathroom. Like to sleep late? The sliding glass doors feature black out drapes that will make it easy. You can also keep the drapes open and wake up to see the surf without getting up from bed. The guest bedroom includes two comfort plush twin size beds, large dresser, night stand, 32-inch flat screen TV, DVD player and private bathroom. Nicely decorated and great for the kidos. In the living room there is access to the balcony, large 35 inch HDTV/DVD/VCR and Stereo and a queen-size sleeper sofa and lounge chair. The Kitchen includes granite countertops and all upgraded appliances - side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range, and is well stocked with everything you need. There is a large pantry and plenty of cabinets too! The laundry room includes full-size washer and dryer plus an ironing board and iron. We have given every consideration in providing you with everything you will need while staying in our unit. The Gulf Front balcony is large and includes a table seating for six and two lounge chairs. From here you can watch the sunrise over the gulf waters while you enjoy your morning coffee and enjoy glorious sunsets at the end of the day with a spectacular view.Island Royale also offers inside/outside beachside pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, and exercise room overlooking the beach. Great restaurants and shopping, fishing, golf courses, and entertainment for all ages are close by.If you are not familiar with the area and/or would like suggestions or information on shopping, dining, great children attractions and so much more please feel free to give us a call.
