Phoenix 10 is in a prime location right on the beach. It is literally on the FL/AL state line next to the World Famous Florabama. Everything you need is practically within walking distance. My husband and I purchased this condo at the beginning of 2015. We love vacationing in Orange Beach, and only preferred to stay at Phoenix X when we went, which is what prompted us to want a condo in this complex. It is gated and safe, offers many amenities, most are shown in the pics below. Not only is Phoenix 10 right on the beach, the majority of what we love to do there is either steps away from the sand, right next door at Florabama, or right across the street at the Yacht Club on the water, or at the new Flora-bama Ole River Bar. You can walk 2 min to any of those, sometimes we go 2 days without even getting in the car. However, there is no shortage of great food and beach bars with great views within 5 min if you decide to venture out as well. Cobalt and The Gulf restaurants are both excellent, both on the water, and both less than 5 min from the condo making a left out of the complex. They are both located at the AL pass bridge. Sometimes we enjoy just relaxing on the balcony in the condo, and enjoying the oceanfront view from the 8th floor. Most mornings, kind of early we usually see Dolphins swimming and playing close to the shore from the balcony window. We have upgraded the condo since we purchased it. It has all new furniture. The living room has been upgraded with a new Couch which pulls out to a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The bedroom has a new king size bed/large dresser with plenty of drawers, and a nightstand. New, larger flat screen TV's have been swapped out in both the living room, and bedroom. All new decor, linens and bedding. The entire condo has been freshly painted. Granite countertops, stainless appliances, and more. We've put a lot of heart into making this condo nice for ourselves, and our renter's. Condo is equipped with a full kitchen-stove, microwave, oven, washer/dryer, a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. Dining table for 4. Patio table and chairs on balcony. There is a 4 person max occupancy for this condo.
