The kitchen has new appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen is well supplied with everything you would need to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet meal. The Master bedroom with Gulf and Lagoon views has a king size bed with new mattress in 2017, Flat Screen TV, DVD player and private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed, Flat Screen TV, DVD player and a Gulf View. The living room is large with new furniture in 2017 and a new 48" Flat Screen TV and DVD player. There is a Queen size Sleeper Sofa in the living room , and a built-in bunk bed in the hall. The complex has a swimming pool with lounge chairs and tables for your relaxation. There is a walk way to the beach with a shower to rinse the sand off your feet on your way back home. If you like to grill there are 2 Stainless charcoal grills for your use. We make it easy to book your vacation, contact us today! Our condo is owner operated and veteran owned! All of our rates INCLUDE CLEANING, LODGING TAX, & 1 PARKING PASS!! During the peak vacation season ( May 25 to August 18) I only rent the condo Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights.
