The second bedroom has one queen-size bed and one twin-size bed. The Living Room features 2 brand new sofas that pull out to queen-size beds, so the condo will comfortably sleep up to 9 people! The Cotton Bayou Complex includes; an on site boat landing along with first come first serve boat slips and a fish cleaning station on the pier, newly renovated pier and boat slips. There is a swing so you can sit, and enjoy the view, a small beach area for the children. The complex features a newly renovated outdoor pool area with WiFi and very nice large pool, tennis court, basket ball goal, gazebo and BBQ area. Short distance from Cotton Bayou beach access.The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances, utensils, etc you would need if you wanted to dine in and/or cook!
