Whether you're just taking in the panoramic views, enjoying the sunrise, or just want the best seats for the Blue Angels' show or 4th of July fireworks, the balcony does not disappoint...and being able to walk across the street to Peg Leg Pete's doesn't hurt either. We have a deeded covered parking space in the garage which is awesome to protect against the Florida heat and rain. Because our condo is on the top floor and where it is located in the building, we don't have neighbors on either side or above us. This unit is quiet. Additionally, the condo has a king bed in one bedroom, and a queen bed and twin daybed with trundle in the other bedroom offering a wide variety of sleeping arrangements for up to six people. Full kitchen with a separate dining area makes meal time easy. Two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub and shower combination. The complex has elevator access on every floor and the condo is all on one level. Our condo is set up to be easy and welcoming and to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay and return home relaxed and with a lifetime of great memories.
