Just steps away from both the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound with a large clean fresh water swimming pool in between. The sound side is perfect for small children. It is shallow for at least 100 yards out. It is also perfect for all sorts of water sports. The unit is nicely furnished with comfortable furniture. It comfortably sleeps 6, provided cable, television, internet, and local phone. The condo has a fully equipped and well-stocked kitchen where you can make a breakfast before you go to the beach in the morning and lots more if you feel like cooking. The washer and drier help to keep your swimming suits and shorts ready to go to the beach at any time. The condo has no carpet at all, it is nice and clean and very easy to keep the sand out. It has a covered 2-car garage right below the unit that keeps your car nice and cool. We also offer some beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, toys). The condo is a one-story unit with no stairs to clime, proves to be very comfortable for the seniors, easy to keep an eye on children, elevator is available for the handicapped. Public gazebos with tables and BBQ grills are right across the street. You can have a nice picnic right on the beach. Palm Beach Club is adjacent to Fort Pickens National Seashore, a federal preserve of ten miles of pristine beaches, great for walking, shelling, watching turtles, dolphins, sea life, birds, and fishing. You can also hike the Florida Trail at Fort Pickens at the westernmost point of Santa Rosa Island. A free trolley runs along the beach starting in May throughout the season. A trolley stop is right in front of Palm Beach Club. Also a paved walking, biking, and jogging path runs the entire length of Pensacola Beach. You can rent scooters, bikes, funny cars, and also jet-skis, and kayaks. There are plenty of fantastic seafood restaurants on the beach.
