This is a family-friendly complex.Our condo is clean and well maintained, and is located on the 9th floor of building 4 which is overlooking the main pool and beach. This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and will accommodate 6 people. It has been freshly painted, new interior doors have been installed and has tile floors throughout...also, a stack washer/dryer for your convenience .The Master bedroom has a king size bed. There is plenty of drawer space for your convenience. It has a flat screen TV with VCR/DVD player. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with drawer space also. It has a flat screen TV with VCR/DVD player. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The living area has a sofa sleeper, 2 recliners, 1 chair and a NEW 40" flat screen TV with VCR/DVD player and ceiling fan. The dining area has a wood top table which will seat 6 and 3 bar stools at the counter. Both bathrooms have been updated with granite counter tops with oak vanities and cabinets. Master bath has a tile walk-in shower with a glass door. Hall bath has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops, new sink, cabinet doors and stainless steel appliances...It is also fully equipped with all the pots and pans you will need plus a crock pot and blender. The refrigerator has a large freezer with an ice maker. The microwave is built in above the stove. Our unit is located away from the elevators so you don't have a lot of noise from the other guests. It is equipped with FREE WiFi Internet service. The Seaside complex offers a total of 3 pools(one indoor/heated), lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, fitness room, sauna, steam room and two barbecue grill areas, and a good security company that keeps our grounds safe for everyone. It is located close to grocery stores, great restaurants and good shopping. For the kids, Adventure Island and the Arcade is directly across the street.
